1. If you install or your website uses WordPress plugins operated by Automattic on your hosting account (including, for example, Jetpack), you also acknowledge and agree to

(1a) the WordPress.com Terms of Service located at (https://en.wordpress.com/tos/) which apply to your use of all Automattic products and services; and

(1b) the Automattic Privacy Policy located at (http://automattic.com/privacy/), including without limitation, Automattic's collection of data as described therein.

2. If you purchase a third party product or service from WEBNETAVE.COM, you agree to the above AND the following terms and conditions of the third party product or service, which are incorporated herein and made a part of this Agreement by reference:

3. WEBNETAVE.COM is NOT responsible for any issues related to any third party WordPress Plugin failures or conflicts with other WordPress Plugins. WEBNETAVE.COM will assist you as a customer to help resolve such issues and you can request support by contacting WEBNETAVE.COM.
