Absolutely NOT! Images are copyrighted. It is best to use your own photos or to use royalty free images from trusted sources such as Pexels.com or purchase licenses to use images on your website. Not doing so can cost you thousands and thousands of dollars in legal fees and settle fees. Canada Web Pro assumes images you provide are being legally used and it is part of a website project terms and conditions. Canada Web Pro is not responsible for any illegal images or photos provide by customers.

Your Canada Web Pro designed WordPress website will be built responsive so that it shows proper on various screen sizes such as television, desktop, laptop, tablets and mobile phones. Every website on the Internet resides on a server connected to the Internet. Our web hosting is located in one of the top Co-location data centres in North America. We offer two types of web hosting for WordPress; Shared Web Hosting and WordPress Cloud Web Hosting.

* For a Web Select website plan, it includes a Shared Hosting Package.

* For Custom Website Projects you can purchase a Web Basic or Web Advanced Shared plan or a CLOUD For WordPress Plan instead.

Both are a fully managed service with no technical knowledge required by our clients. These plans are tailored to using WordPress.

Periodic backups of data on the shared hosting servers, and email infrastructure are completed but the final responsibility for all backups of the data on your shared hosting packages rests with the customer. We strongly recommend that you take periodic backups via your cPanel and store them at your end so that you have multiple options in case of necessity for a restore. You may request for a backup of the last 7 days (from the date of request) and in most cases we will be able to provision this from our disaster recovery backups.

However, this is not a part of the core hosting services nor responsibilities and is merely a last resort. Best effort only is to help you out, but backups provisioning and restoration is an extremely time and resource intensive process and hence we can only promise a best effort service in this regard.

Yes! Included is On Page Whitehat optimization (following search engine rules.) Adding your website to Google and Bing and other search engines that are relevant. We can also help you with your Facebook Business Page setup. We submit proper website sitemaps to Google and Bing as well. The more website pages you have, the better we can target specific keyword phrases that searchers will use to find your type of services and products.
We use very effective Whitehat SEO which adheres to the search engine rules. We cannot guarantee a specific rank or first page ranking because only the search engines can determine that and they change their algorithms often. If any service provider tells you they will guarantee a specific rank in a search engine, run away from such a service provider. Such services use Black-hat SEO methods which do things to 'trick' search engines. The problem is once the search engine finds out about that Black-hat loophole (and they ALWAYS DO!), all websites that have been using Black-hat methods will find their websites suddenly drop drastically in search results and it is hard to regain visibility. Absolutely yes. You will have full admin access to your WordPress Content Management System. Some clients are comfortable with using this and some prefer to use our Website Updating service. It is your website and the choice is up to you.

Remember, you also have 30 minutes of website updating service per month for 12 months included with any website design package.
Absolutely YES! If you feel you have lost, or may be about to lose your web website, because you cannot reach your web designer or your web host provider has disappeared etc, and you do not have access to your web assets....

If so, and you have a web hosting or email issue, you will have to contact your provider for support. If we are needed to assist our Website Updating Hourly RATE applies at CAD$99/hour.

Also, there may be a higher deposit required. We will have to provision a WordPress application hosted on our server during the design process and then recreate/transfer the design and completed website to your web hosting WordPress.

The answer is, maybe. There is a difference in changing an existing website with a theme and starting a new website FROM a theme. The theme features may not match up. You may lose some functionality and gain other functionality.

If you want to start fresh, you can leave your current website running online at your current web host and I can copy over any content existing to use on your new WebSelect Plan with Canada Web Pro.

If you want to stay at your current web host, then this would be a WordPress Theme Change Project instead.
Some ThemeGrill website THeme sites are free to use. Others are a PRO version with an annual subscription cost.

You can start with a free version and upgrade to a PRO version at anytime. Or you can start with a PRO version.

For PRO version themes, the cost is -NOT- included in a WebSelect Plan. You can purchase the WordPress Theme license from ThemeGrill directly and send me the license info and I can implement the design for the WebSelect Plan.

Purchasing a PRO version or upgrading a free version theme has advantages of more features and being backed by ThemeGrill Ongoing Support.

Yes. You receive the same SEO services as in our custom website packages. An important thing to understand is that, the more web pages you have for your website, the better SEO efforts I can accomplish for you. That goes for any website Canada Web Pro creates.

Following established search engines principles from the major search engines Google and Bing. XML Sitemaps are also created and integrated with Google and Bing.
The ThemeGrill Theme is owned by them. You are using THEIR theme and template site that they created. They retain the copyrights on the Theme and template and you own all the customization and website page content.

All the stock images on their theme will be replaced. You can find good replacements with a proper license to use at Pexels.com and it helps make your WebSelect website more unique without going full custom designed, if budget is a concern.
